1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the Fortune Greece Network Business Community (hereinafter referred to as “Community”), organized and managed by Forward Media (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”). By subscribing to and becoming a member of this Community, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION

• 2.1. To access and enjoy the benefits of the Fortune Greece Network Community, you are required to pay a non-refundable membership subscription fee, as specified during the registration process.
• 2.2. The membership subscription fee grants you access to the Community for the duration of your subscription.
• 2.3. The subscription fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to membership termination or event cancellations.

3. EVENTS & ACTIVITIES

• 3.1. The Organizer reserves the right to organize, cancel, reschedule, or merge events and activities within the Community at its sole discretion.
• 3.2. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to inform members of any changes to event dates or the merging of events. However, it is the responsibility of members to stay informed about any updates through the Community’s communication channels.
• 3.3. In the event of an event cancellation, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative or rescheduled event, but this is not guaranteed.

4. MEMBER CONDUCT

• 4.1. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner within the Community.
• 4.2. Members shall not engage in any behavior that may disrupt the Community’s activities or harm the reputation of the Organizer.
• 4.3. Any violations of these terms and conditions or the Community’s code of conduct may result in the termination of your membership without refund.
• 4.4. Through membership and the socialization of the members, B2B ties are expected to grow and strengthen over time. It is an ecosystem where business grows and flourishes. Please allow this to grow organically over time. It will be far more rewarding than aggressive sales strategies that we discourage.

5. PRIVACY & DATA

• 5.1. By becoming a member of the Fortune Greece Network Community, you consent to the Organizer collecting and using your personal information in accordance with the Community’s privacy policy.
• 5.2. The Organizer will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• 6.1. All materials, content, and intellectual property shared within the Community are the property of the Organizer or respective owners, where applicable.
• 6.2. Members may not use, share, or distribute any materials or content from the Community for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Organizer or the respective owners.

7. TERMINATION

• 7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate your membership in the Community for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions or the Community’s code of conduct.
• 7.2. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of your subscription fee.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

8.1. The Organizer may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review and accept the updated terms.

• 9.1. Access to Fortune Greece Network Platform: Members will have exclusive access to the Fortune Greece Network online platform, providing a central hub for networking, information, and resources.
• 9.2. Exclusive Sessions with Top Business Executives: Members will enjoy access to sessions with prominent business executives, offering insights and expertise on various relevant topics.
• 9.3. Immersive Leadership Skills Training: Expert facilitators will conduct leadership skills training sessions on timely leadership topics to enhance members’ professional development.
• 9.4. Annual Subscription to Fortune Greece e-Magazines: Members will receive an annual subscription to Fortune Greece e-Magazines, providing valuable business insights and analysis. Exclusive will receive an annual subscription to Fortune Greece Printed Editions, offering in-depth reporting and analysis by submitting the form
• 9.5. Free Access to Networking Events – Members Only: Members can participate in exclusive networking events, fostering valuable connections within the community.
• 9.6. Access to Fortune Network ‘Meet the Leader’ Sessions: Members will have the opportunity to engage with industry leaders through exclusive ‘Meet the Leader’ sessions.
• 9.7. Digital Access to Fortune’s Premier Conferences: Members will gain digital access to Fortune’s premier, invitation-only conferences, ensuring they stay informed about critical industry developments.
• 9.8. Access to All Past Courses Library: Members can access a library of past courses and educational materials, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
• 9.9. Access to Selected Fortune’s Premier Events: Members will have the opportunity to attend selected Fortune’s premier, invitation-only events. ( minimum two per year)
• 9.10. Featured Article on Fortunegreece.com: Exclusive Members will be featured in an article on the Fortune Greece website, highlighting their activities and area of expertise. The article will be featured in the Dedicated section- Fortune Greece Network Voices
• 9.11. 20% Partnership Discounts: Members will receive a 20% discount on partnership opportunities at Fortune Greece initiatives, including the CEO Initiative Forum, Most Powerful Women Summit, and more.

By subscribing to the Fortune Greece Network Business Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from subscribing to the Community.
