1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the Fortune Greece Network Business Community (hereinafter referred to as “Community”), organized and managed by Forward Media (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”). By subscribing to and becoming a member of this Community, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION

• 2.1. To access and enjoy the benefits of the Fortune Greece Network Community, you are required to pay a non-refundable membership subscription fee, as specified during the registration process.
• 2.2. The membership subscription fee grants you access to the Community for the duration of your subscription.
• 2.3. The subscription fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to membership termination or event cancellations.

3. EVENTS & ACTIVITIES

• 3.1. The Organizer reserves the right to organize, cancel, reschedule, or merge events and activities within the Community at its sole discretion.
• 3.2. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to inform members of any changes to event dates or the merging of events. However, it is the responsibility of members to stay informed about any updates through the Community’s communication channels.
• 3.3. In the event of an event cancellation, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative or rescheduled event, but this is not guaranteed.

4. MEMBER CONDUCT

• 4.1. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner within the Community.
• 4.2. Members shall not engage in any behavior that may disrupt the Community’s activities or harm the reputation of the Organizer.
• 4.3. Any violations of these terms and conditions or the Community’s code of conduct may result in the termination of your membership without refund.
• 4.4. Through membership and the socialization of the members, B2B ties are expected to grow and strengthen over time. It is an ecosystem where business grows and flourishes. Please allow this to grow organically over time. It will be far more rewarding than aggressive sales strategies that we discourage.
• 4.5. Clean Criminal Record Requirement
  Membership in the Fortune Greece Network is strictly conditional upon the applicant maintaining a clean criminal record in accordance with Greek law. Any individual who has been convicted of a criminal offense and whose criminal record has not been legally cleared or expunged under applicable Greek regulations shall not be eligible for admission to, or continuation of, membership in the Community.
  The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request relevant declarations or documentation and to refuse or terminate membership where this condition is not met, without any obligation to provide justification.
• 4.6. Protection of Reputation and Community Integrity
  The Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse, suspend, or terminate the membership of any individual or entity whose participation may, in the Organizer’s sole and reasonable judgment, cause reputational, ethical, or commercial harm to Forward Media or to the Fortune Greece Network Community.
  The views and feedback of existing members may be considered on a non-binding, advisory basis; however, the final decision regarding admission or continuation of membership rests exclusively with the Organizer.
  Under no circumstances shall the admission or continued participation of any member negatively affect the credibility, values, or integrity of the Community ecosystem.

5. PRIVACY & DATA

• 5.1. By becoming a member of the Fortune Greece Network Community, you consent to the Organizer collecting and using your personal information in accordance with the Community’s privacy policy.
• 5.2. The Organizer will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• 6.1. All materials, content, and intellectual property shared within the Community are the property of the Organizer or respective owners, where applicable.
• 6.2. Members may not use, share, or distribute any materials or content from the Community for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Organizer or the respective owners.

7. TERMINATION

• 7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate your membership in the Community for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions or the Community’s code of conduct.
• 7.2. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of your subscription fee.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 8.1. The Organizer may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review and accept the updated terms.

By subscribing to the Fortune Greece Network Business Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from subscribing to the Community.
